The staff gives you a warm invite as soon as you walk in the door! We had a problem with our air conditioner and they were quick and efficient in finding us another room. Great establishment and good location, we'd stay with them again!! Good Job

I was worried that this hotel would be older and not well kept. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The staff was very courteous, especially after seeing them for a few straight days!! The complimentary breakfast was much better than the usual "continental" Breakfast. Location was close to Love Field Airport and right off the freeway which made commuting much easier. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was just dirty....no attention to details, like ketchup on doors and stains on furniture. The first morning I spoke to the head of the housekeeping staff at my doorway and was pointing out the apathetic areas. I noted across the hall a stack of "clean" towells waiting to be distributed.....RESTING ON THE FLOOR! UGH! We take our shoes off when we even come in our house. Imagine where the soles of people traveling have been (gas station bathrooms and rest stops). Yet this hotel thinks it's okay to supply you with a clean towel for your face from the floor! ALSO NOTE---This hotel is surrounded by strip clubs! Although the back entry ways are supposed to require key entry, we mostly found them propped open..
